Born from Passion, Built on Precision

What began as a small workshop in inner Melbourne has grown into one of Australia's respected furniture manufacturing studios. Our founder started with hand tools, a love for timber, and a vision of creating pieces that would outlast trends.

Today, our team of skilled artisans continues that tradition. We blend time-honoured joinery methods with contemporary design sensibilities, producing furniture that feels both classic and current.

Every commission tells a story. A family heirloom table, an office desk that inspires creativity, a bedroom suite that transforms morning routines. We understand that furniture shapes how people live, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Our Core Values

Craftsmanship

We believe excellence lives in details. Every joint is fitted precisely, every surface finished with care. Our furniture is built to be used, admired, and inherited.

Sustainability

We source timber from certified sustainable forestry operations. Offcuts become smaller projects or find new life in local makers' workshops. Nothing is wasted.

Collaboration

Your vision drives our process. We listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and adapt our approach to deliver exactly what you imagine, often better.

Our Process

Creating bespoke furniture follows a clear path from first conversation to final delivery.

1

Consultation

We meet at your space or our showroom to discuss your needs, measure areas, and explore design possibilities.

2

Design

Our team creates detailed drawings and timber selections. You review and refine until the design feels perfect.

3

Crafting

In our workshop, your piece takes shape. We send progress updates and welcome visits during construction.

4

Delivery

We deliver and install your furniture, ensuring everything fits precisely and meets your expectations.

Selection of timber samples and woodworking tools

Timber We Love

Australian hardwoods form the foundation of our work. Blackwood, spotted gum, Victorian ash, and Tasmanian oak each bring unique character to finished pieces.

We also work with selected imported timbers when projects call for specific qualities. American walnut, white oak, and European beech expand our palette for clients with particular aesthetic goals.

Every board is inspected, selected, and conditioned in our workshop before use. This patience ensures stability and beauty for decades to come.
